To match you with available providers, process payments securely, send job updates, and prevent fraud. We never sell your personal information.
Background checks
Provider background checks are performed through Checkr. We store the resulting status on the provider's profile, not the underlying criminal records.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We hold authorized funds in escrow and release them to the provider only after you approve completed work.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Job records are retained for dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
SMS Privacy
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and mobile opt-in information are used only as necessary to provide Blixxy communications and services, subject to the rest of this Privacy Policy.
